·         Office buildings are financed up to 90% loan to value and 100% loan to cost

·         Condominium projects can be financed up to 90% loan to value and 100% loan to cost.

·         Industrial properties financed up to 90% loan to value and up to 100% loan to cost.

·         Healthcare properties financed up to 80% loan to value and 100% loan to cost.

·         Self storage financed up to 80% loan to value and 100% loan to cost.

·         Hotels are financed up to 90% loan to value and 100% loan to cost.
